Background: Anxiety during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, is a significant problem among pregnant women. Data shows that anxiety levels in pregnant women remain high, with approximately 8-10% of pregnant women worldwide experiencing anxiety during pregnancy, and 28.7% of pregnant women in Indonesia experiencing anxiety in the third trimester. One important factor that can influence this level of anxiety is husband's support. Research Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between husband's support and anxiety levels among pregnant women in the third trimester at the Srandakan Bantul Community Health Center. Research Method: This study used an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all 72 pregnant women in their third trimester who underwent prenatal checkups at the Srandakan Bantul Community Health Center between June and July 2025. The study sample was drawn using a total sampling technique. Data analysis will include univariate analysis to describe variables and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Research Results: The highest number of respondents reported moderate support from their husbands, leading to mild anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women (31, representing 44.3%). Meanwhile, the lowest number of respondents reported low support from their husbands, leading to severe anxiety (4, representing 5.7%). The chi-square test (p<0.05) yielded a significant value of 0.001 (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is a Relationship Between Husband's Support and Third-Trimester Pregnant Women's Anxiety.
