Preliminary findings from a survey of 30 patients indicated that perceptions of inpatient services remained at a moderate–low level, particularly regarding service quality and hospital reputation, with an average score of 2.6. This condition reflects suboptimal utilization despite ongoing improvements in hospital facilities. The study employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative designs, involving 88 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The results show that patient value has a significant positive effect on inpatient utilization, with a regression coefficient of 0.976 (p < 0.05). Conversely, patient experience and patient preferences do not exhibit significant partial effects. However, all three variables collectively demonstrate a significant influence, supported by a high coefficient of determination (R² = 0.908).  ER -
