Pregnancy yoga is an intervention that uses a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual techniques to improve maternal health and promote a more comfortable labor. The objective of this research was to determine the impact of pregnancy yoga on the length of the second stage of labor in primigravida women at the Klaten South Community Health Center, Klaten Regency. A pre-experimental study using a Static Group Comparison Post-Test Only with Control Group design was carried out. A purposeful sample of 64 pregnant women was taken, and they were split into yoga and non-yoga groups. An independent t-test was used to analyze the data, with a significance threshold of 0.05. With a p-value of 0.000 (0.05), the results indicated that the average length of the second stage of labor was considerably lower in the pregnancy yoga group (48.66 minutes) as compared to the non-yoga group (71.38 minutes). The average difference between the two groups is 22.719 minutes, according to this. At the Klaten South Community Health Center in the Klaten Regency, pregnancy yoga greatly shortens the length of the second stage of labor for primigravida women. ER -
