AB  - Exposure to air pollution due to human activities, one of which is through the use of mosquito coils, has the potential to cause health problems. Mosquito coils containing pyrethroid derivatives, such as allethrin, are known to produce free radicals. This objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of the duration of exposure to mosquito coil smoke on the histopathological picture of the lungs of male white rats of the Wistar strain (Rattus norvegicus). True Experimental is a method used with Post-Test Only Control Group Design. A total of 24 male Wistar rats were divided into four treatment groups, each of which was exposed to mosquito coil smoke for 21 days.
