Postoperative conditions commonly involve pain, edema, limited range of motion (ROM), decreased patellar mobility, muscle weakness, and gait disturbances, requiring appropriate physiotherapy management. This study aimed to determine the outcomes of physiotherapy intervention in a patient following ACL reconstruction with meniscus repair. A descriptive case study was conducted on one patient receiving physiotherapy interventions, including Neuromuscular Electrical Muscle Stimulation (NMES), soft tissue release, cryotherapy, patellar mobilization, strengthening exercises, closed kinetic chain exercises, balance training, and proprioceptive exercises. Evaluation was performed at three stages (T0–T2) using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), edema assessment, goniometric ROM measurement, patellar mobility assessment, Manual Muscle Testing (MMT), and gait observation. The results showed a reduction in tenderness pain from 2 to 1 and movement pain from 4 to 3, decreased edema, improved active ROM from 0–0–110° to 0–0–118° and passive ROM from 0–0–115° to 0–0–123°, enhanced patellar mobility, increased hamstring strength from 4/5 to 4+/5, and improved gait stability with more symmetrical weight distribution. In conclusion, the physiotherapy program effectively reduced symptoms and improved knee function after ACL reconstruction with meniscus repair. Continued rehabilitation is recommended to achieve optimal recovery and safe return to activity. ER -
