The importance of drug stock management not only impacts drug availability but also the overall quality of healthcare services. When drug stocks are not managed properly, the risk of drug shortages or drug shortages is high. This can certainly disrupt the patient treatment process and potentially reduce public trust in healthcare facilities. At the Adeera Medika Clinic, despite efforts to record and plan drug needs, limitations in information technology aspects are a major obstacle. The implementation of a computer-based stock management system is still not optimal, so the recording and monitoring process often experiences delays. In addition, coordination between departments involved in drug management still needs to be improved. Lack of training and socialization about the importance of appropriate storage methods, such as FEFO (First Expired, First Out), results in the persistence of damaged or expired drugs in storage. This indicates the need to improve the technical competence of pharmacists through regular training and strengthening SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in drug stock management. The implementation of a digital-based pharmaceutical information system will not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording but also simplify the decision-making process in drug procurement planning. With this system, drug consumption data can be analyzed in real-time and predictively. Furthermore, this system allows for more organized stock management and minimizes human error, such as ordering inappropriate medications. Furthermore, digitizing stock management should be a priority to optimize healthcare services at the Adeera Medika Clinic, making them more efficient and responsive to patient needs. This can also increase patient satisfaction and trust in the quality of care provided.
